I had a great time writing this article on Instructor Led Training for software adoption company BrainStorm. I directed the article at pain-points faced by administrators and IT managers in troubleshooting with or educating employees, and built a narrative around “Bob from Marketing” (who’s got a lot of questions about Excel) to show how Instructor Led Training solves those problems long-term.
