Intercom's AI Bot Launch

All marketing and brand studio hands were on deck for the launch of Intercom’s AI-powered chatbot, Fin. Tag-teaming with fellow copywriter Alex Liu, I wrote and edited marketing asset copy introducing this first-of-its-kind offering to a very buzzy, somewhat skeptical market. Intercom’s messaging highlighted Fin’s edge on other chatbots while building trust in AI. Coordinating with OpenAI, Intercom launched this time-sensitive campaign immediately after the release of GPT-4.
